We pride ourselves on being one of the only clean-air salons in the country. From top to bottom, our salon is organic, chemical-free and cruelty-free. We only stock products with recycle-friendly, minimal packaging, and we take steps to recycle and repurpose all of the waste possible in the salon.

Our Way is Oway

As an Oway-exclusive salon, we are fully committed to the brand’s mission of purity, sustainability and hair health. Based in Italy, Oway is a cosmetics company pioneering the field of agricosmetics, meaning they grow their own organic ingredients biodynamically and are entirely plastic-free. All Oway products, whether retail or professional, are free from parabens, SLS/SLES, synthetic fragrances, PPGs and petroleum, and are cruelty-free.

Oway products are not only sustainable; the way their key ingredients are produced means all of their active properties are highly-concentrated for optimum results. At Ka’ton Salon, our motto is “The hair’s health is most important,” and Oway products work hard to repair damaged hair and to enhance the natural beauty of balanced hair.

We’re All About the Color

With Oway’s award-winning Hcolor professional hair color line as our palette, our artists specialize in all kinds of hair color. We have 46 years of industry experience combined, and we keep up to date with latest training in modern techniques.

We’re your go-to for creative, custom color, from blonding to bolds and everywhere in-between. We specialize in balayage, a technique in which the hair is hand-painted to create a natural, soft-looking, glowing highlight. The color we use is virtually damage-free and the results we get are runway-gorgeous.

We are experts in color-correction, so if something has gone wrong with your color at home or at another salon, we have both the artistic and the scientific skills to bring it back from the brink and make you feel good about your hair once again.
