Education is at the heart of everything we do. Our team participates in hands-on training one to two times per month, working with live models and mannequins to refine techniques and stay ahead of industry trends. Whether you’re mastering healthy blonding, corrective color or advanced consultation skills, you’ll have ongoing opportunities to elevate your craft.

We were built on the belief that beauty, wellness and community are deeply connected. We foster a supportive environment where artists collaborate, share ideas and contribute to a larger mission rooted in conscious living. From our exclusive Oway color and care systems to our commitment to reducing unnecessary chemicals and waste, we create an environment where artists can feel good about the products they use.

We believe great artistry comes from balance. That’s why we offer flexible scheduling options, including three-, four- and five-day workweeks, along with the freedom to manage your day when your books allow. Whether you’re growing your career, raising a family or pursuing passions outside the salon, we’re committed to creating a schedule that works for you.
